Paul Blair started selling homes in Dallas in 2003. The market looked different, the clients wanted different things, and the tools certainly weren't the same. One thing hasn't changed: the person across the table is making the largest decision of their year — often their decade.
Grey Square was founded to take that seriously. We represent clients — not listings, not algorithms, not agents' quotas. We opened in Los Angeles in 2019, and Houston in 2025. Today we run all three markets with a team of agents who've bought it into the same idea.
