Grey Square Real Estate, LLC complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act, the Texas Fair Housing Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and all applicable state and local fair-housing laws. We support equal housing opportunity in every market we serve.
If you believe you have experienced discrimination by anyone associated with Grey Square — an agent, a vendor, a partner — we want to know. Write to compliance@greysq.com. You may also file a complaint directly with HUD at 1-800-669-9777 or hud.gov/fairhousing.

- Race or color
- Religion
- National origin
- Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)

What this means in practice
We will show any property to any qualified prospect, regardless of protected-class status. We will not steer you toward — or away from — a neighborhood based on its racial, ethnic, or religious composition.
We will not accept a listing instruction from a seller that asks us to discriminate against any protected class. If a seller insists, we decline the listing.
We will not modify the terms, conditions, or services of a transaction based on a protected characteristic. Same negotiation, same disclosure, same level of representation, every client.
We will provide reasonable accommodations and modifications for clients with disabilities — accessible showings, alternate communication methods, service animals welcome at every showing we host.

Advertising and marketing
All Grey Square marketing — listings, social, ads, brochures — complies with HUD advertising guidelines. We do not use language, imagery, or targeting parameters that signal preference for or limitation against any protected class.
Property descriptions describe the property, not who should live in it. Photography reflects the home, not an idealized buyer profile.

Accessibility
Grey Square is committed to making our website, marketing, and showing experience accessible to people with disabilities. We design to WCAG 2.1 AA standards and welcome feedback. See our Accessibility Statement for details and how to report a barrier.
06 · SECTION
Training and accountability
Every Grey Square agent completes fair-housing training as part of onboarding and refreshes it annually — exceeding the continuing-education minimums set by TREC and CA DRE. Our broker reviews complaints quarterly and reports outcomes to the team.
07 · SECTION
Equal Housing Opportunity
Grey Square displays the Equal Housing Opportunity logo on listing materials, agency disclosures, and the site footer. We do this not because it is required — though in many cases it is — but because we believe in what it represents.
